INVESTMENT CRITERIA

The principals of Alignment Real Estate have a combined 50 years of underwriting and managing multi-tenant commercial real estate investments.  Our experience and history with a variety of property types allow ARE to quickly and effectively underwrite a variety of investments.  We encourage the submittal presently un-listed commercial real estate investment opportunities where an independent pricing assessment is needed by an owner or real sales professional.

 


Targeted Property Types: Neighborhood retail shopping centers, Class A/B office buildings, flex-industrial, mixed-use projects.

Tenancy: Multi-tenant projects from 0% to 100% occupied.  Development and redevelopment opportunities will be considered

Target Markets: Reno, Sparks, Carson City, Fernley, Dayton, and Lake Tahoe.

Submittal requirements: Address, rent roll (including rent bumps, lease expiration dates and fixed rate option), T12 or most recent full year operating statement.
