AREM utilizes the state of the art real estate technologies to manage is commercial real estate portfolio.  This includes Yardi, ARGUS and the full suite of Microsoft Office programs.  In addition to managing the project, AREM is highly adept at communicating the status of each asset on a timely basis.  Having been on the ownership side, AREM understands the needs and expectations of our clients.  Through personal relationships with vendors and tenants, AREM looks at each project with a fresh eye. In doing so, AREM strives to exceed our client’s expectations with respect to the physical condition and economic success of each project.
